I have been looking for a new camera, my action camera is on its last leg. What did I pick up?

I have been looking for a new action camera and I have been looking at the GoPro. But the price point was just a no for me. Looking at others but the Price was just high. My wife doesn’t like me to spend that much money on a camera, which makes it hard for me.
But I found a new camera at Best Buy one day. I was talking to one of the blue shirt people and they really liked the camera I was looking at. The price point was a bit high at $349.99. However, we got a $50 discount and I had to get my wife some Airpods.
I picked up the Osmo Pocket
It is a different camera from what I was thinking of getting. I picked this up on Feb. 1, 2020, just weeks before I went to the Caribbean.
Standard stuff
The Osmo Pocket just came with this.
Yep, that was it. No accessories. I didn’t even think to look for things for this before my trip. Pretty stupid of me.
However
My friend also had this same camera, and he picked up some accessories for it and I borrowed the following:
It allowed you to connect your smartphone to the pocket.
My thoughts
This is a good camera, I got a lot of comments on the camera. It was a relatively new camera. It was hard to work without some of the helpful accessories I now have. But, I wasn’t thinking. There are a few issues with the active face tracking. I did a lot of videos on this thing when the world shut down in 2020. This was the main camera I used. I still take it everywhere I go.
