The laptop holder I talked about here, well that just didn’t cut it. I looked for something else.
Picked up
I picked up this Human Centric USB C hub, they say it is for a MacBook. This was $119.99 on Amazon.
A bit expensive, and my wife didn’t like it. But, this is for me to be more productive and more helpful for me to work.

Features
What does this thing offer to the person? Well, let’s take a look at it.
Front
- Headphone jack
- 3 USB A ports
- SD card readers
- Big and Small
Back
- USB C Power Cable
- GB network adapter
- Dual Monitor Adapters
- Both HDMI

Thoughts
This is a real game changer for me, in the Laptop holder area. This offers me to put this behind the monitors due to the way my desk is set up. Having a GB network connection is a great feature. Since I am transferring files all the time.
I am moving big files from my camera usually to one of the NAS servers I have.
I am also transferring videos up to
- YouTube
- Vimeo
And that GB connection really helps out.
The only thing I don’t like about it is sometimes, the GB connection doesn’t’ work when connected. It is a pain in the butt.
There are no USB-C connections to hook up, besides the power. I have several connectors that are USB C and it would be nice to have that plug.
Overall it has been a great device and it has helped me in being more productive.
