What type of computer do you use for your blogging or editing videos. Well, there are some choices out there. I went from Windows to MacBook

MacBook Pro 13″

I picked this up at Best Buy.  I had a MacBook Air but it wasn’t that powerful for me. I went looking for a new laptop and my wife was going. Hum, you have one and you don’t need a new one. I explained to her I did. We went back and forth.

My wife didn’t like me buying something for myself, especially at that price. But I got it. But, I had to get her a MacBook Air.

It came with a charger I added an extension on it and got a round thing to roll it up when I traveled.

I kept on forgetting to take it when I traveled as it was plugged in under my desk. I put the charger here with some command strips.

I got a second charger to go in my cord bag so I always have it when I travel.

Main Reason

The main reason I got this was so I could make videos using iMovie. I had a MacBook Air but it wasn’t fast enough. So I told myself, just so I can get a MacBook Pro. I was thinking about starting a YouTube channel and I needed something that could process my videos faster. I picked this up in 2019 and I wish I got a little bit bigger hard drive. But, it is what it is. To free up space, I have to offload all my videos to my 2TB hard drive. Well, I move them from iMovie on the MacBook to an iMovie library I created on that hard drive.

Plus it syncs with all my apple devices and that is great.

My Thoughts

I enjoy this laptop, it fits in my backpack and it travels well. Sometimes the fan goes on for a long time and that gets annoying. Especially when it sits next to me all day long.

It is at my desk where I work my normal job. If you are looking for a new computer and you want an Apple device. Then pick one up.
