So we have the iPhone, iPod, iPod Touch so what is this thing called an iPad. The Newton was introduced in 1993 and that was the first tablet.
Modeled after
This was modeled after the iPhone of course, which was all about the touch screen. Well that is the thinking, Steve Jobs, said that they were working on this before the iPhone. Let me get the flux capacitor out and we can find out.

My opinion
I have had two of these, one was a 1st generation one and a iPad Air and I have liked both of them. They are so useful. However, I only have 64GB of space. I have used it for many many things. I have a keyboard that I can type with and I have used it when I travel. So I don’t have to take my MacBook Pro. These things are a great piece of technology and it will continue to grow and get better and better. It will make things easier in life.
If you really like Star Trek you can see that the iPad could be used as the tablets that the future could be in for us.
